You Are Hired (YAH!) is a brand-new talent development program launched by Dragon Eagle TV. Due to the pandemic, employers are facing the most severe labor shortage since World War II. Based on the U.S. Bureau of Labor statistics, there are 10.4 million job openings as of August 31, 2021. YAH! aims to provide job opportunities, career advice, mentorships, HR/legal updates and workforce development strategies to employers, talent managers, and job seekers!
Through live interviews, mentorships, and instant feedback provided by real executives from top-notch companies in Southeast Michigan, candidates will learn new skills in preparing job application materials, conducting interviews, and developing career advancement road maps. These steps address challenges job seekers face due to a lack of experience and/or cultural and language barriers. We are always looking for new graduates as well as career changers, and professionals re-entering the job market to join our program.
